Eligibility for Refund

  • 7-Day Refund Period: You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within this 7-day period.

  • Usage Limitation: If you have generated 20 or more articles using MedPoster AI within the 7-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our service.

  • Misuse Exception: If your Medium account is banned due to spamming or misuse of the software, especially if you have disregarded the provided tutorials and best practices, we will not be liable and no refund will be provided. It is essential to use MedPoster AI responsibly and in compliance with Medium’s policies to avoid any issues.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send a support ticket to customer support from within your dashboard with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Non-Refundable Items

Service Dependency and Refund Policy

While we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, there are circumstances beyond our control that may affect the availability and functionality of this API.

Limited-Time Deal (LTD) Customers

For our valued LTD customers who purchased the software for a one-time fee of $197, we offer the following policy:

  1. Service Dependency: Our software tool utilizes an external API from a third-party service. If, at any point, this third-party service discontinues or restricts their API, it may impact the functionality of our software. We will do our best to find alternative solutions, but we cannot guarantee continued service under these circumstances.

    • If the API becomes unavailable or restricted within the first year of your purchase, we will refund $97 to account for the first year of service.
    • If the API becomes unavailable or restricted after one year but within two years of your purchase, we will provide a $50 refund.
    • If the API becomes unavailable or restricted after two years, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refunds. This is due to circumstances beyond our control and the inherent risks associated with third-party dependencies.

Annual Subscription Plan Customers

For customers who have subscribed to our annual plan at $97 per year, we offer the following policy:

  1. Service Dependency: Similar to our LTD plan, our software tool’s functionality depends on an external API from a third-party service. Any changes to this API that affect our software’s performance are beyond our control.

    • If the API becomes unavailable or restricted during your subscription period, we will provide a prorated refund based on the remaining months of your subscription.
